#263. ZOMBIE SCARE? – A Microfiction

When I saw the pictures and live videos of the Halloween party I had missed, being posted on social media, I grudgingly had to accept that my friends indeed had a great time.

But, for the next two days, I couldn’t reach even a single one of them. ‘What would have happened after the party? Have the zombies eaten them live?’, I was scared to think further.

I finally got hold of one of my friend’s brother and came to know that it wasn’t a zombie scare, but the whole bunch had contracted COVID soon after the party. Just Great!
