#335. CATCHING A GLIMPSE : One Minute Fiction

My mom was always after me to make me an early morning bird. Nocturnal that I was, even having an heavy metal as my alarm tone couldn’t do the trick of waking me up from my deep slumber.

So, she challenged me that if I could be awake to see the Sunrise even for a day, she would cajole my dad into buying me a Nikon DSLR and I was in a fix.

Two days later, I was the proud DSLR owner. Well, you might wonder how I had managed the unthinkable. I didn’t sleep the whole night to catch that early morning light! That I slept the whole day off later was another thing.
